About Crystal D. Osborn LMFT, CST, CSCT
My name is Crystal Osborn, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Couples and Sex Therapy. I am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist (CST) and an Integrative Sex Therapy Institute Certified Sex & Couples Therapist (CSCT). I work with individuals and couples who want to improve their sexual well‑being, strengthen intimacy, and navigate challenges that impact their relationships and sense of self.
I am a sex‑positive, non‑judgmental therapist who takes an individualized approach with every client. I believe people are the experts of their own lives, and I work collaboratively and affirmingly to help them move toward the relationships and sexual experiences they desire. I love being a Sex Therapist because sexuality is an area where many people struggle, often due to misinformation or shame. Supporting clients in reclaiming confidence, pleasure, and connection is deeply meaningful to me.
My work includes supporting clients with desire discrepancy, sexual difficulties or disorders, trauma‑informed sexual health concerns, sexual transitions, communication challenges, and relational stress. I am certified in Consensual Non‑Monogamy (CNM), provide kink‑affirming and BDSM‑informed therapy, and am currently pursuing additional kink‑focused certification. I also work with clients exploring or practicing ENM/CNM, helping them build clarity, communication, and trust within their relationship structures.
For couples, I frequently integrate Imago Relationship Therapy to help partners improve communication, repair disconnection, and deepen emotional intimacy. I enjoy seeing clients smile, laugh, reconnect, and rediscover hope that meaningful change is possible. With individuals, I especially value helping people build confidence in areas where they feel stuck or uncertain.
When working with me, clients can expect a warm, affirming environment, practical tools and strategies, collaborative goal‑setting, and a space that is free of judgment or stigma. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, informed, and supported as they move toward healthier, more fulfilling sexual and relational lives.
